Uploading photos
Photograph the screen straight on and focus on the text and price scale. Keep the price scale, dates, volume, asset name, and timeframe visible, with some earlier price action for context. If there is glare or the numbers are blurry, retake the photo or use a screenshot.
You can rotate and straighten the photo and reduce empty space outside the chart. Compare it with the original, then select Use this photo to analyze the edited version. These tools cannot recover exact values from blurry numbers.
Analysis results
It explains the overall price action, key price areas, and the evidence behind the interpretation. It also describes conditions that could support or change that view. Specific prices or plans are included when the photo provides enough evidence.
AI generates the analysis automatically. Individual results are not written, edited, or reviewed by a person. The service provides a technical interpretation of a chart photo and does not place orders. Results can contain errors and are not investment recommendations or guarantees of profit.
The time depends on the photo and service conditions. While analysis is running, you can see its status and the elapsed time. If no response arrives, check the error message before trying again.
The explanation uses the timeframe and latest price visible in your photo. It does not fetch live prices or automatically reflect price changes after the photo was taken.
If numbers or indicators cannot be read clearly enough, some items may be left pending or marked as unconfirmed. Analysis may not finish if the chart cannot be identified. Try a photo with a clearer chart area and scale.
Sign-in and payments
Use any social provider currently shown on the sign-in page. One button creates your account or signs you in, and direct email and password registration is not provided.
The website provides app installation guidance. Available products, local prices, renewal terms, and applicable tax are shown in Google Play or the App Store before you confirm a purchase.
Your available analyses are shown on the analysis and account screens. A completed report uses one analysis credit; a server-confirmed failure does not. Any product-specific validity period is shown before purchase.
Stop the next renewal through the app store or account page when that option is available. Refunds follow the refund policy of the app store you paid through (Google Play or the App Store) and are requested from that store's purchase history. Questions can be sent to support@chartdoum.com. Statutory rights still apply.
Photos and saved results
Uploaded photos are processed transiently and are not retained on ChartDoum servers. A completed report may be kept for up to 10 minutes only to redeliver a lost network response. Photos are sent to an external AI provider for analysis.
Yes. Completed reports and a reduced chart image are saved automatically in the current browser. Only the 10 most recent reports are kept; older reports are removed automatically.
Saved results do not sync automatically to other devices or browsers. Use the browser where you saved them. Clearing browser data may also delete your saved results.
