删除 ChartDoum 账号

Delete your account

1. In the ChartDoum app, open Account and choose Delete account. On the web, sign in at https://chartdoum.com with the same Google or Apple account and open Account from the account button at the top right.

2. Under Delete account, type DELETE and select Delete my account.

3. The deletion takes effect immediately.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@chartdoum.com from the email address of the account and ask us to delete it. We verify the request and complete the deletion without undue delay and within 30 days.

What is deleted

The sign-in identity attached to the account, including your email address, Google or Apple account ID, and display name, is deleted or anonymized. Remaining analyses and any access tied to the account can no longer be used.

What is kept and for how long

Billing, credit, refund, chargeback, dispute, and tax ledger records are kept without your sign-in identity only for the period required by law, accounting, fraud prevention, and app store or payment provider obligations, and are then deleted.

Uploaded chart photos are never stored. Linkable attribution records are deleted within 30 days. Backups are overwritten on their normal schedule.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel the subscription in Google Play or the App Store first to stop future renewals.

Reports on your device

Reports saved on your phone or in your browser are not part of your account. Delete them in Device reports, or clear the app data or the browser site data.
