ChartDoum

Privacy policy

Last updated: September 18, 2026

This policy explains what ChartDoum processes, why it is needed, and the choices available to you before paid service begins.

Account data

When account access is enabled, we process your Firebase user ID, verified email address, sign-in provider, and session status to secure your account and connect usage rights. We do not receive your Google password.

Account records remain until you delete the account or retention is required by law. You can delete your account from the Account page or contact chartdoum@gmail.com.

Chart photos and reports

Chart photos and analysis results are not stored on ChartDoum servers. When analysis is enabled, the photo and analysis instructions are sent transiently to the external AI processing route disclosed by the service. Provider names and applicable terms will be confirmed before paid analysis begins.

Reports you choose to save are stored only in that browser on that device. Clearing browser data removes them, and they do not automatically sync to another device.

Service, security, and optional attribution data

We process necessary security logs, request rate-limit identifiers converted to one-way keyed hashes, and account usage records to prevent abuse and operate the service. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the application rate-limit table.

If you consent to attribution measurement, we process ad source, medium, campaign name, and a random session ID as described in the consent panel. Photos and report content are not used for advertising measurement.

Your choices and contact

You may withdraw optional attribution consent, delete device-saved reports, request account deletion, and ask about access or correction. External identity and AI providers may process data in other countries under their own terms.
