Cancellation and refund policy

Before purchase

The website provides app installation guidance. Available products, plan periods, analysis allowances, renewal terms, local prices, and applicable taxes are shown in Google Play or the App Store before you confirm an app purchase. Only a completed purchase confirmation creates a charge.

Canceling renewal

You can stop the next automatic renewal through the payment provider or account page when that option is available for the purchase. Canceling renewal and refunding a completed payment are separate actions; access normally continues for the already paid period unless law or the purchase terms require otherwise.

Refund requests

Refund eligibility and processing follow the refund policy and procedure of the app store you paid through (Google Play or the App Store). ChartDoum does not charge any separate refund fee or cancellation penalty, and nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

Where legally required, checkout will obtain express consent to immediate digital service delivery and acknowledgement of any resulting restriction of the withdrawal right before an analysis can be used.

Request a refund through the purchase history of the app store you paid through (Google Play or the App Store); that store's deadlines and procedure apply. Renewal can be canceled as described above. Questions can be sent to support@chartdoum.com.

Service failure

Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or paid access that cannot be delivered will be investigated and handled under applicable law and the selected payment provider's process.
