Cancellation and refund policy

Before purchase

Checkout will show the plan period, analysis allowance, renewal status, local currency, applicable tax, and final total before you pay. No displayed preview currently creates a charge.

Canceling renewal

You will be able to stop the next automatic renewal through the payment provider or account page. Canceling renewal and refunding a completed payment are separate actions; access normally continues for the already paid period unless law or the purchase terms require otherwise.

Refund requests

After at least one analysis included in a subscription or extra pack has been used, a voluntary change-of-mind refund is normally unavailable to the extent permitted by applicable law. Statutory rights, duplicate or unauthorized charges, failure to provide the paid service, and refunds required by the payment provider remain exceptions.

Where legally required, checkout will obtain express consent to immediate digital service delivery and acknowledgement of any resulting restriction of the withdrawal right before an analysis can be used.

Service failure

Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or paid access that cannot be delivered will be investigated and handled under applicable law and the selected payment provider's process.
